Personality Academy is designed for radio stations or personalities to create a more personal, dynamic bond with the audience. 12-session training programs are available for individuals, stations or groups. Each session in Personality Academy is designed to build on the prior sessions. However, each is also valid as a “stand alone” presentation. The sessions can be customized or mixed and matched to fit your company or organization’s needs .
