Alan Burns is Co-author of Morning Radio I. Alan is CEO of Alan Burns And Associates, which provides programming and marketing advice to radio stations around the world. He has been involved in radio programming, research and consulting since programming his first radio station at age 19.
In his consulting practice, he has worked with morning talent like Rick Dees, John Lander, Larry Lujack, and the Z100/New York Morning Zoo. Alan Burns & Associates has been named "consultants I’d most recommend to a friend" in two national polls. Alan and Tracy first collaborated in the late 80s and early 90s when Tracy worked with Alan as a consultant.
